Support Desk Ticket System - Degraded Performance

Any emails sent to support@lucidity.co.nz between 6pm on Thursday 13 July and 10am Monday 17 July have not created tickets in our system. We are currently working to recover the lost tickets and ticket updates. If you need assistance with a ticket in the meantime, please don't hesitate to call.
