Impact Starting 8:30 PM NZT on 30 August 2023, a subset of customers with workload hosted in the Australia East are experiencing difficulties accessing or managing resources deployed within this region. We will continue to provide updates with the information provided from Microsoft.

Any emails sent to support@lucidity.co.nz between 6pm on Thursday 13 July and 10am Monday 17 July have not created tickets in our system. We are currently working to recover the lost tickets and ticket updates. If you need assistance with a ticket in the meantime, please don't hesitate to call.
