We are writing to inform you that we will be performing a scheduled update to our Nerdio system tomorrow. This maintenance is an important part of our commitment to providing you with the most reliable and secure services possible.

Please note that this update only affects users who sign into Nerdio. We are not expecting any downtime for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) during this maintenance period.

Impact Starting 8:30 PM NZT on 30 August 2023, a subset of customers with workload hosted in the Australia East are experiencing difficulties accessing or managing resources deployed within this region. We will continue to provide updates with the information provided from Microsoft.

We would like to inform you that we will be performing planned maintenance on our Lucidity Azure Firewall on the 10th August from 10pm - 12am. During this time, customers that utilize proxy for their AVD internet and Lucidity 365 users will be affected.
