At approximately 8:40 AM, our AVD platform experienced performance issues. Our senior engineers have been diligently investigating the cause of these degraded services. We are pleased to inform you that all services are now back online and functioning normally.

On May 2, 2025, at approximately 4:30pm, we experienced a brief connectivity issue with Microsoft Azure. This resulted in some users being unable to sign into Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) for approximately 20-40 minutes. We are pleased to inform you that Microsoft has now confirmed that all services are back online and functioning normally.
